I have black hair and i recently dyed it Blue-Black, but i didnt like the results, only because i want a dye where the blue tint really shines, even in normal light, kind of like Vanessa Hudgen's hair in High School Musical. Any suggestions?

I would suggest going to a professional stylist. They can help you really get what you want. I know it's much cheaper to do it yourself but you wont get as good results. Also if later you decide to go lighter...go to a professional. Artificial color does not lift artificial color...thus you will have to bleach it and then put the color you want on top of that.
