But i heard once you dye your hair the roots of your hair turn black?

Will it still look hot?

visible roots are never hot. ever. they look trashy and unkempt.

Ahem - no... The only person that I thought could pull that one off was Shakira a few years back... and even she was pushing it! Yuck... Unless you can keep up with doing the root touch up's... do not dye your hair such a light color... you will look cute for about a month and then can you say TRAILER TRASH!?

No, they don't, and no, it doesn't. You're roots will not turn black if you dye your hair, but be sure to keep it dyed if you have darker hair. Dark roots look like a bad dye job.

NO it wont!! Itll make you look cheap. But if you go to a proffesional and get your hair dyed it makes the world of difference. I did it by myself and it looked awful besides my hair turning orange and making my roots look black. Then I went and got it dyed again like three weeks later by a pro and it looked awesome... plus no black roots=)

its possible (your roots dont change really, its just the contrast with the differant color that make them look darker) if you have a short, feathered look, it can work and look sortof frosted. however if your hair is long or super strait or has a fairly simple cut, then it will more than likely just look trashy.
