Natural black is that nice soft black. The unnatural black is like the really intense black thats almost blue a little. Natural black has warmer tones and resembles more of a really really dark brown.

I have naturally black hair since I'm asian, most of us do. It tends to look brownish orange when in direct sunlight. Hope that helps? Whereas I've seen people who've dyed their hair black and it tends to have a blue tint to it.
