but I have very little body hair.

My forearms and upper legs

looked shaved even though they aren't!

I have very scant p u b i c hair.

And naturally thin eyebrows.

I know there is a disease where you have

NO body hair. I'm not that bad off, but almost.

What would cause this total smoothness?

Like I said, I do have waist length black hair, so I'm able to grow head hair.

But my thighs are completely smooth.

Why woud my hair not grow like most peoples?

It sounds like a blessing! What is your ethnicity? It almost sounds like you are native American or something similar. Native americans dont have much if any body hair and no facial hair, that could be a reason.
