Is there any current medical advancement (such as transdermal delivery, body sculpting, fat burning, etc.) to get natural shiny black hair that is lustrous. I am not talking about any form of shampoo, conditioner, hair colour, etc. I am looking for something that identifies what is the real reason behind tired hair and nourish it internally

Is there product like that, don't know but i have black hair and its in a nice condition and its cool, i tried dying it purple but it fades away in about a week because my hair is too dark colour !!!
